As the Founder and Designer of Akuaviva, Daimar is the creative visionary, modern-day mom, entrepreneur who has strived towards unchartered waters building a classy modern brand.

Akuaviva came to life as a creative outlet for Daimar, who has been a lifelong handcrafting lover, and longtime jewelry maker. It all began as a passionate hobby when she spent her childhood summers learning all kinds of handcrafts in her hometown in Puerto Rico, selling her work to friends & family. Thanks to her mom who has always supported her passion for crafting!

When creating her first designs, she didn’t realize that she was outlining the creative direction that would one day be the backbone of her brand. 

“I wanted to create jewelry that inspire and reflects energy, symbolize our feminine power and gives us all the possibilities to connect, express and create our unique style".

Akuaviva debuted in July 2020 with a vision to provide you with the best quality sustainable jewelry and statement piece to add to your collection. Akuaviva means purpose, love for nature, dreams, inspiration and sneakpeak in life.

All of our jewelry is individually designs and ethically handmade in our home studio in Florida, USA. We put special care into the sourcing of every component that becomes a part of our pieces. We hand pick every semi-precious stone, and metals to make sure the quality of our jewelry meets the highest standards.
